Hello and Welcome!

My name is Ari (she/her/hers) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist, and Sports Psychologist in California.

As a former competitive athlete, UCLA women's soccer walk-on, and National Champion, my goal is to meet the growing mental health needs of youth and young adult athletes through the provision of targeted mental health support. Trust and connection are the most important aspects of the therapeutic process, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for my clients.

I use play, movement, and the power of connection to build trust and improve the mental and emotional well-being of youth and young adults who play sports or love sports.

We go up, we go down, but we always move forward.
