Services are currently offered via telehealth and available to all residents of California.
Individual Therapy
Therapy is a time for us to focus on you and your needs, whatever those look like! Together, we can explore your goals, strengths, and roadblocks to optimal performance in sports and life.
Play Therapy
Play is a child’s first language! I integrate creative and developmentally appropriate play therapy techniques to support youth with expressing their feelings and experiences in healthy ways, coping with dysregulated nervous systems, and building self-esteem.
Caregiver Consultation
Therapy is a team effort! I highly encourage the parents/guardians of current clients to consider scheduling time to connect with me every four to six weeks. During these meetings, we will touch base regarding your child's progress and identify any additional areas for growth.

One monthly caregiver consultation is offered as complimentary support to all minor clients who receive services.
FAQ
What is your out-of pocket rate?
The out-of-pocket cost for an individual session is $175. While I do not accept insurance at this time, I am committed to making therapy accessible and equitable by offering reduced-cost and sliding scale rates when appropriate. If finances are a barrier to services, please let me know so that we can discuss available options.
Can I submit for reimbursement from my insurance company?
If interested, I can provide you with a monthly receipt (called a Superbill) for out-of-network reimbursement. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full and can then submit your monthly invoice to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I recommend that you contact your insurance provider to determine if they offer out-of-network benefits.
What is the Good Faith Estimate?
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

What is your cancelation policy?
I completely understand that things come up and you may not be able to make a scheduled session. Please contact me via phone or email at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your session.
Late Cancel: If you cancel or reschedule AFTER the 24-hour cancellation period, you will be charged the full session fee.

No Show: You will be charged the full session fee if you do not show up to your scheduled session. I offer a 15-minute grace period during which I will wait on our scheduled call. After this time, if I have not heard from you, the session will be considered missed.
